#69 - Go to bed before 11:00 p.m. at least once a week

Well, with no Internet and no TV on Sunday night, and the alarm set for 5:00 a.m. so I could head to the gym, I managed to close my eyes around 10:30 p.m.! Wohoo!! I still needed a nap when TemTem took her nap because I am no longer used to waking up so damn early. I think once I start working again, this goal will not be hard to reach each week.

Monday night I was exhausted. I woke up at 6, got ready for work, took the boy to daycare, worked, worked out and, by the time I got home, was wiped! I fell asleep on the couch at 8:30!!
